Investor grievances

Raise, track and resolve complaints.

We take every complaint seriously and aim to redress it promptly — and in any case no later than 21 days of receipt, as prescribed by SEBI.

Submit your complaint using the desk below, or email our Compliance Officer at rurradvisors@gmail.com. You'll receive a ticket number on acknowledgement.

We investigate

We acknowledge promptly and work to resolve your complaint fairly, within the timelines prescribed by SEBI. Track progress any time with your ticket number.

Escalate to SEBI

If it remains unresolved or you're not satisfied, escalate via the SEBI SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) or the Online Dispute Resolution portal (smartodr.in).
