C · Conflict of interest

Conflict disclosure

We disclose all potential conflicts of interest and maintain transparency in advisory relationships. As a fee-only adviser, we receive no commissions, brokerage, or incentives from any product manufacturer or distributor. Where any actual or potential conflict arises, we will disclose it to you in writing before providing advice, and we will always act in your best interest.

D · Fee structure

How we charge

We are a fee-only adviser. Our fees are agreed in writing before any advice is given, and are charged strictly within the limits prescribed under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Assets under Advice (AUA) mode

Up to 2.5% of Assets under Advice per annum, per family, across all services. AUA is disclosed to you at the time of the agreement.

Fixed-fee mode

Up to ₹1,51,000 per annum, per family, across all services. You may choose either mode, but not both at the same time.

Important: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Advance fees, if any, are charged only as permitted by SEBI. We do not accept any commission, brokerage, or incentive linked to investment products. The exact fee, billing frequency, and refund terms are set out in your signed advisory agreement.

The limits shown are the current regulatory maxima for applicable individual and HUF clients; SEBI or IAASB may revise them. The exact fee and applicable mode are stated in the signed advisory agreement.
